Use the store lawfully and provide accurate account, delivery, and order information. Automated abuse, unauthorized access, interference, and misuse of content are prohibited.

Product availability, pricing, delivery eligibility, taxes, and promotions are confirmed during checkout. An order is accepted when Buyooo confirms it. We may cancel orders affected by stock, pricing, payment, fraud, or delivery errors and will handle eligible refunds through the original payment process.

If India Post completes a return to sender, Buyooo reviews the order before any refund is issued. For prepaid orders, the full amount actually paid is eligible for review. For Advance COD orders, the refundable amount is the advance actually paid less the actual courier charge, never below zero. The unpaid Cash on Delivery balance is not refundable because it was not collected. Refunds are sent only after review and to the applicable original payment method or approved settlement process.

Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Return, replacement, cancellation, and warranty eligibility depend on the product, order state, and applicable law.
