🕒 Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been packed, shipped, or handed over to India Post. 📦

To request cancellation, share your:

• 💬 Reason for cancellation

⚠️ Once an order is packed, dispatched, or handed over to India Post, cancellation will no longer be available.

🚚 Shipping & Dispatch

Buyooo ships orders across India through India Post. 🇮🇳

• 📍 Delivery is available to India Post serviceable PIN codes across India.
• 🔎 PIN code availability is confirmed during checkout.
• 🛰️ Tracking details are shared through WhatsApp, email, or your Buyooo account after dispatch.
• ⏳ Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, India Post routing, weather, public holidays, and festivals.

🔁 Cancellation After Dispatch

If you no longer need an order after dispatch, please do not refuse the parcel at delivery. 🙏

Instead:

1. 📦 Receive the parcel without opening, using, or damaging the item.
2. 💬 Contact Buyooo support to request a return, if the item is eligible.
3. 📝 Follow the return instructions shared by our team.
4. ↩️ Return the product unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.

⚠️ Refused or rejected parcels may be treated as Return-to-Origin shipments. Applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted from an eligible refund.

💄 Beauty, Personal Care & Hygiene Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, grooming, and personal-care products can be returned only when they are received:

• ❌ Damaged
• ⚙️ Defective
• 📦 Incorrect
• 🔄 Materially different from the ordered item

These products are not eligible for return or refund if they are opened, used, tested, tampered with, or if the original seal and packaging are damaged. 🚫

🎥 Please record a clear unboxing video when receiving a damaged, incorrect, or missing item. This helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.

💰 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• 💳 Eligible prepaid payments cancelled before dispatch will be refunded to the original payment method.
• 💵 For Advance COD orders, the eligible advance amount will be refunded if cancellation is approved before dispatch.
• 🚚 For full COD orders cancelled before dispatch, no refund is required because no payment has been collected.
• ⏱️ Refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 working days after cancellation approval or successful return quality verification.
• 🏦 Banks, card issuers, UPI apps, and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

📦 Refunds After Return

For an approved return, the refund will be processed only after the product reaches Buyooo and passes a quality check. 🔍

Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, pickup charges, or handling charges may be deducted where applicable and communicated to you.

✅ Customer Responsibilities

To remain eligible for return or refund consideration:

• 📦 Keep the item unused, unopened, and undamaged.
• 🏷️ Keep original packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, and complimentary items intact.
• 🚫 Do not use, install, alter, wash, test, or damage the product.
• 📝 Follow the return instructions provided by Buyooo.

⏳ Delivery Delays

Buyooo is not responsible for delays caused by India Post routing, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or natural disruptions. 🌦️

However, our support team will assist with tracking and delivery-related queries wherever possible. 💬
